Mohammed Elfeky
Co-Founders
A chartered and diligent professional with over two decades of diversified experience in the Construction, Energy, and Infrastructure sectors, I bring a wealth of expertise to the business, having successfully managed complex and large-scale projects with finesse.
I specialize in providing contractual and commercial advice to clients across various project stages. My extensive exposure to FIDIC and NEC-4 forms of contract has enabled me to navigate contractual complexities effectively. Additionally, I have developed strong communication and negotiation skills, which are crucial for resolving disputes among project stakeholders.
As an RICS assessor and counsellor, I have honed my attention to detail and elevated my analytical abilities, empowering me to make informed decisions and optimize project strategies for enhanced outcomes.
Furthermore, I possess in-depth knowledge of the regulatory landscapes governing both the Middle East and Australian construction markets.
